The Project:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Community Hero PA is leading a project called “New Moms Chime In:\u00a0 A Healthy Babies Philly Community Voice Initiative.\u00a0 This vaccine education initiative is focused on African American communities in Philadelphia and Montgomery County. We’re conducting four (4) listening sessions (estimated- October 2025-February 2026) to understand community perspectives and develop culturally appropriate educational materials.<\/p>\n

What We Need:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>An experienced facilitator who can create safe spaces for honest conversations about vaccine concerns. This isn’t about convincing anyone.\u00a0 It’s about truly listening to community voices to inform better health communication.<\/p>\n

Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • 3+ years facilitating health-related community conversations<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated trust and credibility in African American communities<\/li>\n
  • Experience with sensitive health topics (vaccine hesitancy, reproductive health, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Strong listening skills and neutral facilitation approach<\/li>\n
  • Can provide community references<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Compensation:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>$200-350 per session (4-5 sessions total)<\/p>\n
