At the intersection of health, community empowerment, and civic engagement, Community Hero Action Group (CHAG) proudly presents it’s annual event during April 2024, National Minority Health Month.\u00a0 <\/span>In recognition of National Minority Health Month<\/a>, we are hosting the fourth annual Pennsylvania Black Health Matters Conference. <\/span>This event is free <\/span>to the community and its goal is to provide actionable, accurate information with a focus on topics that are germane to the Black community.\u00a0 This year’s focus is on mental wellness, hence the theme, “Release and Restore.”\u00a0 \u00a0Our goal is to release the stigma and baggage that is typically associated with mental health and restore joy and empowerment to the community.<\/span><\/p>\n

CHAG is committed to empowering our community by addressing health disparities and fostering an environment of inclusivity, awareness, and action.
